"Bought for my daughter and granddaughter. One with skin cancer and the other severe excema. Very pleased with them and both have been stopped on more than one occasion, to ask where they were purchased from so being recommended without a second thought."
Great for running & driving, but a little short
"Bought these mostly for running - it saves me a lot of time when getting ready to go for a run, but also they save me money on the amount of suncream I was using to cover my face, legs, AND arms. And it's a lot less sticky on my skin which is a bonus. They took a little getting used to as I'm very sensitive to temperature, and hate wearing too much when it's hot, but amazingly they do manage to keep me feeling fairly cool and I haven't burned at all whilst using them so it's great peace of mind. They're also great for protecting my arms while driving on hot, sunny days. I followed other reviewers' recommendations re sizes, and I ordered the small. They fit very snuggly but comfortably around my biceps and I don't have to worry about them falling down while I'm out on a run. However they could do with being a little longer; if a t-shirt has slightly shorter sleeves then there are gaps. With some t-shirts I have to really stretch the sleeves on the upper arm to ensure full coverage, which then means the thumb holes are a bit tight and uncomfortable. Or I don't use the thumb holes and have to use suncream on the hands which sort of defeats the object. . . It still made more sense to buy the small size though in case they stretch over time. In terms of garment care, the white sleeves do pick up marks from sweat and general grime, where I've had to open gates/climb over fences on trail runs etc. , but so far they've proven very easy to wash by hand with just soap and water and pretty much all the marks come out. Overall they're pretty great and I'm glad I bought them. Just make the small size a tiny bit longer and they'd be perfect!"
